By using this Site, registering as a member of Pickinsights, or participating in any survey or study provided, you agree to be bound by the terms of Use and membership below (the "Terms"), and that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") Statement.

 

Our Privacy Policy specifies how Pickinsights collects, uses and stores your personal Information. If you do not agree to these terms and privacy policy, please do not use the site.

 

Introduce

You agree to the terms and conditions of the Website (the "Site") as outlined in this Terms of Use Agreement (the "Agreement"). We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove these terms and/or portions of our Privacy Policy at any time in our sole discretion. You should review this Agreement before each use of the Site. The last updated date of these terms shall be the date at the top of these terms. Your continued use of the Site after Posting such changes constitutes your acceptance and consent to such changes. If you comply with these terms, we will grant you personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited access to and use of the Site. 

 

Qualification

Any registration for our membership is free of charge and is only available to individuals (not corporations or other business entities) over sixteen (16) years of age or any other age required by your geographical location. Depending on your age or geographical location, membership in some groups may be further limited. If you are under sixteen (16) years of age and receive points or other awards through our website, this award will be awarded to your legal guardian. And everyone can only have one account.

 

Registration and Password

Although you do not need to register for any of our membership to access the site, you must complete the registration form provided in order to open an account in your name and properly credit any points to your account. To open a member account, you must provide us with complete and valid contact information, including your full legal name, home address, valid email address and all other required information. Your account must have a unique and valid email address and password.

If you fail to provide or maintain the accuracy and completeness of your personal information, Pickinsights may terminate or suspend your membership and your points may be forfeited.

 

You may use only one password to open and access your account, and you may not use another account holder's password or allow others to use your password for any reason. You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password and any activities that occur under your Member account, whether authorized or not. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the use of your password by third parties, unless the unauthorized use is directly attributable to our gross negligence or fraud. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of your member account.

 

If you forget your password, you can use your username email to request an email to reset your password so that you can reuse your account, and an email will be sent to the email address we hold in your membership account.

 

By joining the site, you agree to receive an invitation to participate in the survey via email. However, we do not guarantee that you will receive a certain number of invitations or any invitations. Your participation in any survey and disclosure of any personally identifiable information is entirely voluntary, so whether you accept or decline any invitation to participate in the survey is entirely up to you, and we will not penalize you for refusing to accept any such invitation.

 

Relationship between

It is your responsibility to provide any computer equipment and communications services necessary to connect to and access the Site. You agree that your membership and any surveys you perform for us and our clients may not constitute any agency, partnership or employment relationship and that you perform your surveys only in an independent capacity. You also agree that the points or other rewards you receive for completing the survey are the only compensation you will receive upon completion of the survey.

 

Integral

We value our members' comments and to show our appreciation we offer rewards in the form of "points" or "gift cards" which are credited to your account maintained by us. Points can be redeemed for designated cash and gift cards can be used at selected merchants.

Your ability to earn points and gift cards is time-independent, and we will only reward you with points or gift cards for participating in our authorized activities, including, but not limited to, registering as a team member, completing demographics, and completing qualitative or quantitative marketing research conducted by us. And only based on specific incentive offers disclosed for each event.

 

Committed to providing high quality data to our customers. To ensure this level of quality, please note that you may not be eligible for all surveys, in which case the survey will be closed and you will not receive points. Reasons why you may not be eligible include, but are not limited to:

- Your profile does not match our client's target audience

- Logical response suite differences

- False answers or wrong answers

- Inappropriate or abusive responses

- Answering questions too quickly without properly thinking about your answers

- Lack of concentration leads to failure of quality inspection

You can earn points in the following ways:

Survey Completion: You can earn points for each survey you are eligible to participate in and complete, and the amount of points awarded varies from survey to survey.

 

To redeem

You can use your points at any time by visiting the "Rewards" TAB on the home page. The points awarded are not time-based, but are only awarded upon completion of surveys, completion of personal data and participation in other activities on the site. Points are automatically converted to cash value every time you request a payment or voucher. 

 

Vouchers/coupons

If you apply for vouchers/coupons, please make sure we have your correct email address to avoid delivery delays.

Any request to resend a lost voucher must be made within 3 months after the voucher was first sent. At the end of this three-month period, we will not process any more orders.

 

Misconduct, fraud and correction of account errors

We reserve the right to monitor all member activities within our points. If you violate our Code of Conduct above, or if your account shows signs of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity, your membership account may be terminated and you may lose all points accumulated. If you engage in and conduct any fraudulent activity, you have the right to take any legal action necessary under applicable local laws and may be justified in forfeiting any rewards redeemed for such activity. In addition, to the extent permitted by law, you may be liable for monetary losses caused by our site, including legal fees and damages, and you will not be allowed to participate in Pickinsights Points in the future. 

 

Points have no cash value and may not be transferred, transferred and/or pledged to any third party. You have no property rights or other legal interest in the points earned on our website.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

By using the Points Program, you acknowledge and agree that we are not a bank or any other type or form of financial institution and that the "points" credited to your account are not actual cash deposits and do not earn interest under these Terms of use and that you are only entitled to the number of points in the account you redeem. You further agree that you may redeem the amounts in your account only in the manner and procedures described in these Terms of Use, as we may revise them from time to time.

 

Computer programs, information and other content provided on or through this Site are provided "as is" and "as is". No warranty, express or implied, is made. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to

(A) shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by technical errors relating to computers, servers, providers or telephone or network lines.

(B) Any computer programs or information provided from or through the Site, or the Site itself, will be uninterrupted or error-free.

(C) Defects such as typographical errors will be corrected.

(D) The winner shall be solely responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, in excess of the prize amount, taxes and additional transportation, handling and delivery costs, if any.

(E) To prevent interference with your use of computer programs or information, or to prevent infringement.

(F) shall not be responsible for the actions of any third party, such as the issuer of any gift cards, vouchers or other rewards redeemable for points.

 

Acceptance of the prize waives the winner's right to claim compensation for the costs of winning the prize, any and all costs of exchanging or exchanging the prize, and any and all liabilities that may arise from the exchange or pursuit of the prize. The winner also assumes full responsibility for any miscellaneous expenses associated with the acceptance of this prize. If the winner does not wish to authorize the use of his or her name for advertising and promotional purposes, he or she must notify us when the notice is given.

Terminate your account

If your membership or your access to the Site is terminated or suspended for any reason, you may not access the Site without our prior written consent.
